DIRECT ANSWER / FIELD-READY
Enemies sense the crew through three channels — sound, movement, and reactions that link them into a pack. Manage them by controlling sightlines, noise and doors; the safest counter is preventing several threats from reaching the crew at once.
RUN CARD / 03
Carry these into the next run.
- 01Three-sense model: sound, movement, linked reactions.
- 02Corrupted are Rot-consumed vessels with no exposed weak point.
- 03A screamer can cascade-summon more enemies.
- 04Doors and objects shape threat flow.
FIELD NOTE / 01
Detection as a system
The recorded model gives enemies three senses — sound, movement, and reactions between enemies that link them into a pack. A crew that stays quiet but blocks its own retreat can still create an unwinnable room, so treat vision, noise and proximity as overlapping risks.
FIELD NOTE / 02
Control the encounter size
Corrupted are vessels consumed by Rot with no exposed weak point, and a screaming enemy can cascade-summon more. Pull threats into a known corridor, break contact when a second angle opens and use the environment to delay rather than chase every target.
